Architecture
Design the full solution before any code is written — strategy always precedes execution. We map out the exact approach, the tools, the structure, and the sequence. You see everything before we build anything — and you can redirect anything at this stage.
Your role: review the architecture document and confirm we've understood the brief correctly.
Build
Fast and precise. You're updated throughout — no black hole periods where you wonder what is happening. We move quickly and communicate frequently. Progress is visible, not promised.
Your role: stay reachable for feedback windows. We don't need constant attention — just timely responses to specific requests.
Launch & Iterate
We do not disappear at launch — we measure, refine, and scale until the work is actually performing. Launch is a milestone, not an end. We watch the numbers, identify what to sharpen, and continue until the outcomes match the goals.
Your role: share access to analytics and keep us informed about business changes that affect what we built.
